Revolutionize the Music Industry with elasticStage

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead to join our team at elasticStage, a cutting-edge music tech company that's changing the game with on-demand vinyl records. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our social media strategy and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Innovate and direct new content ideas and strands, working closely with our in-house content creator to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
  • Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and creators to generate user-generated content (UGC) that promotes our platform and products.
  • Develop & oversee social media calendars and ensure all campaigns are aligned with broader marketing goals.
  • Develop content and creative strategies that drive user acquisition and sign-ups through paid digital channels (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external agencies as needed to set up and optimise ad campaigns, ensuring they meet performance KPIs.
  • Analyse and interpret data from digital campaigns, using insights & AI tools to optimise strategy and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive user sign-ups.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content trends, with experience collaborating with influencers and creators to produce engaging UGC.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to improve ROI.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance, and optimise strategies.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and co-branded campaigns to expand brand reach.
  • Strong skills in creating and managing content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration abilities, with a passion for staying updated on digital trends.
