As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and treatment to patients with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and progressive neurological conditions. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex neurorehabilitation needs.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to enhance patients' functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
  • Supervise and mentor junior occupational therapy staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education, support, and resources.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in neurorehabilitation.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Significant experience working in neurorehabilitation settings.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
