Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with complex needs
- Provide specialist assessments, interventions, and guidance to support patients
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, including OT/rehab assistants
- Participate in service development and staff management
- Support the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality care
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Health Care Professions Council
- Experience working in neurorehabilitation
- Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complex situations
- Experience of supervising junior and non-qualified staff
