Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Priory Group. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and treatment to patients with acquired brain injury and neuro-progressive conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with complex needs
  • Provide specialist assessments, interventions, and guidance to support patients
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, including OT/rehab assistants
  • Participate in service development and staff management
  • Support the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality care

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Health Care Professions Council
  • Experience working in neurorehabilitation
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complex situations
  • Experience of supervising junior and non-qualified staff
