Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Gas Station Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gas station. The ideal candidate will have experience in gas, convenience, or fast-moving consumer goods, with a proven track record in management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Supervise and manage the overall operations of the gas station, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
- Fuel Inventory Management: Monitor and manage fuel inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Staff Management: Recruit, develop, train, and supervise all staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Scheduling and Staffing: Schedule employee shifts and manage staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage daily cash and sales transactions, as well as inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data, and prepare and submit reports to upper management as required.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a management role, preferably in gas, convenience, or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Skills: Highly skilled in Conflict Management and Customer Service, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
