The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with SEND. Your primary goal will be to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students with SEND
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and small group settings
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
