Company Background: The ERP software provider has a 20-year history of delivering solutions tailored for the construction industry, primarily serving small to medium-sized building firms. Your responsibility will be to manage approximately 120 existing clients who currently hold support contracts and utilize ERP software valued at around 500K annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell to existing clients, aiming for 6 successful deals each year.
  • Engage in some new business sales by leveraging marketing leads and generating your own prospects, including occasional cold calling.
  • Focus on nurturing relationships with existing clients to identify those likely to invest significantly in the near future.
  • Identify approximately 20 clients poised for increased spending.
  • Manage client satisfaction by offering:
    • Upgrades
    • Additional consultancy and training
    • New software modules
    • Extra licenses
  • Concentrate on both maintaining existing accounts and identifying high-value opportunities.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be an experienced account manager with a proven track record in selling software solutions that encompass software, licensing, and professional services. You should be adept at independently managing the entire sales process, collaborating with pre-sales consultants for demonstrations, and closing deals autonomously.
