Aquilo recruitment is partnering with Ideal Heating to find a talented individual to fill the role of Interim Market Director on a maternity cover basis for approximately 12-18 months.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leader in the industry, known for its great culture and family-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the industry or transferable skills, be a hands-on leader, and be passionate about driving the marketing team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a brand, product, and digital strategy to drive performance, reputation, and excellence.
  • Lead the marketing team to achieve collective goals and elevate performance.
  • Conceptualize and present creative solutions to key stakeholders to engage, inspire, and win.
  • Drive an agile direct marketing capability to develop the value proposition and lead generation methodology.
  • Successfully manage the marketing budget to ensure all activity is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Build a strong marketing team that is motivated and focused on customer needs and business goals.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding and experience across the full marketing mix.
  • A minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, ideally within a high-growth environment.
