About the Role

Aquilo recruitment is partnering with Ideal Heating to find an exceptional Interim Head of Brand and Marketing to lead the marketing team on a maternity cover basis for 12-18 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the brand, product, and digital strategy to enhance performance, reputation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to set collective goals and elevate performance.
  • Conceptualize and present creative solutions to key stakeholders to engage, inspire, and win.
  • Lead an agile direct marketing capability to develop the value proposition and lead generation methodology.
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions with the creative team to maintain strategic and creative thinking.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of all activities.
  • Build a strong marketing team focused on customer and business needs to deliver world-class marketing and communications.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding and experience across the full marketing mix.
  • A minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, ideally in a high-growth environment.
