McCarthy Stone is seeking a highly organized and service-focused Administrator to play a vital role in our stunning development, The Curlews. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners, colleagues, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors to the Estate office and ensuring a high level of service is provided.
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Producing letters and other correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing lunch bookings and coordinating with the Catering Manager to ensure seamless service.
  • Coordinating and distributing our monthly newsletter, updating the bulletin board, and organizing bookings for the Guest Suite.
  • Providing administrative support to the Estates Manager, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

  • A caring and friendly personality, with a desire to make a positive impact on our residents' lives.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or customer service is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be considerate, patient, and professional in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hardworking and diligent nature.
