Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to provide essential support to the Group Legal Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Legal with comprehensive legal and administrative tasks.
- Support all legal workstreams, including land transactions, property sales, refinancing, contract evaluations, compliance matters, corporate issues, dispute resolution, and miscellaneous inquiries from the organization.
- Ensure that all finalized versions of critical reports, documents, and agreements are properly archived and logged in accordance with company standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to facilitate the efficient operation of the department and the broader organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal within an in-house legal environment.
- Familiarity with property documentation and commercial agreements, with the ability to review these materials regularly.
- A Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification is essential.
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication abilities.
- Capability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and ensure timely progress on projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and innovative thinking. A robust understanding of business and legal ethics is crucial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Work Environment: This position is office-based, and candidates should be prepared to commute regularly.
