Your Role
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to implement projects and generate leads that drive revenue growth and support our commercial strategy. You will identify new leads and contacts, collaborating with front-of-house teams to enhance engagement. Your tasks will include conducting sales calls to potential clients, ensuring the accuracy and currency of all sales databases, and following up on incoming sales inquiries. Additionally, you will perform general office duties and administrative tasks, including the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Located at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel, you will be part of a dedicated team that values work-life balance and understands that excellence does not require constant work.
What We Seek
To excel in this position, you should possess experience in a sales role, ideally within the hospitality sector. Familiarity with an office environment is essential. You must be comfortable engaging with customers both over the phone and in person. This role requires strong collaboration skills, as you will work closely with team members both on-site and off-site.
