Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the packing of components to meet customer and transportation specifications.
- Conduct general data entry tasks, including the preparation of packing lists.
- Facilitate packing from the assembly departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Prepare and distribute dispatch documentation as necessary.
- Adhere to the Health & Safety Policy at all times.
- Operate various equipment, including Forklift Trucks (FLT), as required.
- Balance responsibilities between office tasks and shop floor activities, with a majority of time spent in the office.
Working Hours: The position requires availability from Monday to Thursday, with a 1:00 PM finish on Fridays.
Qualifications: Experience in warehouse operations, including roles such as Stores Person or Warehouse Operative, is advantageous.
