About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Shift Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring that the store is fully prepared for the next day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overnight team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the store's operations during the night shift, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and processing online orders.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan shift patterns and activities.
  • Conduct thorough handovers to the next manager at the end of each shift.
