Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an exceptional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
  • Leading by example, delegating tasks, and exceeding performance targets.
  • Motivating your team, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to thrive in their careers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or Assistant Manager looking to progress.
  • The ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Full UK driving license.
