About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Provide CIC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive paediatric occupational therapy service to children in education who present with developmental concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • To gain consent and undertake occupational therapy assessments, clinically diagnose, formulate, and implement treatment plans using specialist knowledge and experience.
  • To work with children and their families in their educational setting and any other appropriate setting, as well as within the children's centre.
  • To contribute to and participate in the organisation, planning, and development of the occupational therapy service to this care group.
  • To participate in setting the standards of care and monitoring the quality of service and referral/waiting times.
  • To own a car and hold a full clean driving licence and appropriate insurance.

Requirements
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY DEGREE/DIPLOMA
  • HPC REGISTRATION
  • RELEVANT POST-GRADUATION TRAINING
  • 2-3 YEARS POST-GRAD EXPERIENCE WITH PAEDIATRICS
  • REPORT WRITING EXPERIENCE
  • MDT EXPERIENCE
  • IT SKILLS
  • NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS EXPERIENCE
  • CAR DRIVER/ABLE TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT SITES
