Objective of the Role
Drake's is seeking a motivated retail Sales Representative to oversee all sales-related responsibilities. This includes providing exceptional customer service in-store, generating leads, and successfully closing sales. We are in search of a candidate who can deliver outstanding customer experiences while consistently achieving the sales targets set for the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather client information and develop a personal customer network
- Be enthusiastic about guiding customers through their shopping journey, encouraging repeat visits both in-store and online
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and video calls
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Coordinate with office personnel to arrange requested items for customers
- Ensure all products are displayed appropriately on the sales floor
- Verify that all items are accurately priced and labeled with barcodes
- Communicate any necessary alterations to the tailor in a clear and timely manner
- Adhere to Drake's visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ready to welcome customers
- Assist with periodic inventory counts
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as required
