We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Assessor to join our client's team, a nationwide insurance provider specialising in pet, equine, wedding, cycling, fishing, golf and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling varied, niche Insurance Claims both verbally and in writing.
- Ensuring all Claims are assessed efficiently and to an excellent standard.
- Collaborating with the Claims Team Lead to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims assessment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in claims assessment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
