About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Brightwork Ltd as a Bar Team Member at The Singleton Brand Home. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take visitors on a journey through the history and heritage of The Singleton by creating and serving bespoke drinks and food from our local deli.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, wait tables, upsell products, and ensure bar standards are upheld.
- On occasions, assist with setting up tastings, supporting the retail and experience teams, and maintaining the visitor centre to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Participate in events throughout the year, contributing to planning and execution, and building relationships with customers and the community.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
