About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Seasonal Brand Home Guide at one of our picturesque Diageo distilleries in Scotland. As a Brand Home Guide, you will be responsible for creating a sensational experience for our guests, bringing to life the stories and craft of the distillery with passion and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host tours and provide first-class customer service to our visitors.
  • Work within retail as a product expert, recommending our finest whiskies and other products.
  • Prepare and serve food and drink in our bar, including our signature whisky-based cocktails.
  • Be part of the planning and execution of events throughout the year, building relationships with customers and working in an incredible industry full of pride and passion.

About You:

We are looking for someone with character, who is driven and open-minded, and passionate about customer service. If you have a passion for whisky and want to be part of an extraordinary team, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Training and Support:

Full training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and work with a fantastic team.
