Mobile Plumber

I am currently representing a leading maintenance company based in London who are seeking a skilled Mobile Commercial Plumber to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will provide installation and maintenance services for a variety of clients.
The company offers a range of services including plumbing, commercial gas, electrical, and mechanical works. They primarily work on mixed-use development contracts, high-end residential contracts, and commercial plant rooms.
The Role:As a Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be working on a mobile basis within the M25 Orbital, carrying out:
- General plumbing, including emergency call-out rota works for commercial and domestic clients.
- Hot and cold water systems installation and maintenance.
- Changing pumps, motors, vessels, and valves.
- Isolating pipework and performing risk assessments.
- TMV maintenance and repair.
- Installing pipework and changing taps, toilets, and sinks.
- Fixing leaks and performing plantroom refurbishment works.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £42-45k, company van and fuel card, PPE, and a call-out allowance of £100 for one in five standby shifts. Additionally, the company offers 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, Bupa healthcare after six months, and a phone and PDA.
