Job Description

Job Title: Mobile Plumber

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Plumber to join our team at Integral UK. As a Mobile Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works across the London area in commercial premises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reactive Maintenance: Carry out repairs and maintenance works in response to customer requests and emergencies.
  • Planned Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of commercial plumbing systems.
  • Site Liaison: Liaise with customers and other stakeholders to coordinate works and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and guidance to customers and colleagues as required.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures at all times.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain current knowledge and professional qualifications.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other trades and colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Provide clear and accurate reports and updates to customers and colleagues as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: C&G:6035 Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing studies or other recognised qualification or apprenticeship.
  • Experience: Extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and health and safety regulations.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication and technical skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible approach to work requirements.

  • Overtime: Overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate on weekdays and 2 times the hourly rate on weekends.
  • Standby: Standby rate of £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays.
