Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team at The Midcounties Co-operative. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide essential support to our direct business operations, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support in the retail travel industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting agents regarding documentation queries
- Producing a wide range of documentation, including letters, emails, tickets, and reports
- Arranging payment invoices and maintaining financial records
- Reconciling bookings to ensure accurate payment to suppliers and agents
- Responding to agent queries in a timely manner via email, live chat, and telephone
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above
- 2 years of previous Administration and Customer Service experience, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to prioritize and arrange work to meet deadlines
