The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and multi-skilled service engineer with an electrical focus. You will be responsible for providing expert engineering support to our customers, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain SIPA packaging equipment.
  • Oversee the successful integration and maintenance of SIPA packaging lines.
  • Lead a team of regional field service engineers.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams globally.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Multi-skilled field service engineer with an electrical bias and experience in the Food, Beverage, Pharma, Beauty, Personal Care sectors.
  • Previous engineering experience with packaging technologies, specifically blow moulding, filling equipment, palletisers, de-palletisers, and PLCs.
  • Educated to BTEC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
  • A reliable and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • A problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight and occasional weekends in the UK and internationally.

  • Competitive Basic Salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
