Job Title: Mobile Plant Fitter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team at Richard Everson Recruitment. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of OEM branded equipment. This includes conducting inspections, local preparation, brake testing, and ordering parts as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify areas for improvement and potential issues
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and other scheduled maintenance
* Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, working with OEM manuals and technical resources as needed
* Order parts and materials as necessary to complete repairs
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in mobile plant fitting or a related field
* Strong knowledge of OEM branded equipment, including Volvo, Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Bell
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
