About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at Mecca Bingo in Luton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Work efficiently to minimize food wastage and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure all food safety checks and record keeping are completed accurately and on time
  • Support a productive and efficient working environment and work collaboratively with the team
  • Ensure the kitchen is always clean and tidy, and that all equipment is used safely and efficiently
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation setting
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
  • Flexibility to work shifts and as per business requirements
