Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to support the sales process, win new clients, and serve as the technical point of contact. The role will focus on new customer development, training, delivery of internal EMS training, and assisting in end-to-end project process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on potential clients and prepare new client sales presentation packs.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients prior to a formal presentation and demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Conduct existing client health checks, analyze requirements, and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Assist the Regional Sales Director in all aspects of the sales process and conduct education sessions and events.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in technical presales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Expense Management software solutions and/or Credit Card Platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • High level of competency with product demos and presentations.
  • Ability to efficiently manage sales processes and effectively manage time to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
