As an Assistant Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our management team in providing exceptional care and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of staff to promote independence among service users.
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans.
- Conducting assessments of care needs.
- Recruiting and training new team members.
- Completing staff supervisions and performance evaluations.
- Managing medication competencies and audits.
- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Assisting the Registered Manager with daily operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, whether it’s empowering colleagues or supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals.
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and values aligned with our mission. Ideal applicants should have prior experience in care management and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, along with experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
