Twining Enterprise is seeking an experienced Employment Specialist to join our IPS Workwise Employment Services team. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges to gain and sustain employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized employment support to clients, including vocational profiling and job placement services.
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure seamless support for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external employers to secure job opportunities for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients in employment, including in-work support and coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the benefits of employment support for individuals with mental health challenges.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in employment support services, preferably with individuals with mental health challenges.
  • Strong understanding of the IPS approach and its application in employment support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
