Job Title: Child Protection Case Management Specialist

Reports to: Child Protection Program Manager

Location: Ukraine

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Save the Children is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Child Protection Case Management Specialist to join our team in Ukraine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our child protection programs, with a focus on case management and alternative care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to our child protection programs, including case management, alternative care, and family tracing and reunification.
  • Capacity Building: Build the capacity of our staff and partners in case management and alternative care, including training and coaching.
  • Program Development: Support the development of our child protection programs, including the design and implementation of case management and alternative care systems.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of our child protection programs.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our child protection programs, including case management and alternative care.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in social work, child protection, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in child protection, with a focus on case management and alternative care.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills in case management and alternative care, with experience in program development and implementation.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
