As a Practice Manager at mydentist, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our busy practice in Bridgwater. This is a full-time and permanent role that offers a competitive salary depending on experience, rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays), and an annual bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Drive practice performance by setting objectives, providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing the contractual relationship.
- Manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators.
- Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions.
