Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting a person-centered philosophy of care, and contributing to the overall success of our care facility.
Job Summary:As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical and social care to residents, maintaining a consistently high standard of care.
- Working closely with a highly motivated team to promote a positive and supportive environment.
- Shadowing the Nurse Manager and covering for the Nurse Manager when needed.
- Supporting the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
- Have at least 6 months of nursing experience.
- Hold a valid NMC Pin.
