We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with a highly motivated team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing clinical and social care to residents, maintaining a consistently high standard of care, and promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality clinical and social care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including care plans, progress notes, and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in staff training and development, including induction, training, and appraisal.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Registered General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse qualification.
- 6+ months of nursing experience.
- Valid NMC Pin.
