About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Private Medical Insurance market, products, and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive growth and revenue.
  • Input notes and updates into our database on a daily basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with other team members to provide additional support and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Private Medical Insurance market, products, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with experience in using databases and CRM systems.
