Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Executive to join our team at Beauty Bay. As a key member of our Import Supply Chain department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products from worldwide suppliers to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage UK and international shipments to ensure timely delivery, keeping all relevant teams informed of progress.
  • Obtain shipping quotes to secure cost-effective rates for goods movement.
  • Ensure customs compliance and accuracy of records with HMRC legislation.
  • Prepare and update inbound forecasting and stock reports.
  • Coordinate supply chain consolidations and arrange collections from suppliers.
  • Communicate with carriers and suppliers to ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Assist with supplier invoice reconciliation and support merchandising and buying teams with inbound-related queries.
  • Log data systematically and accurately, providing orderbook information to the wider business.
  • Reconcile brand invoices against purchase orders and sign off freight invoices.
  • Arrange stock returns and support waste management EPR Data Reporting.
  • Investigate order discrepancies and support the Inbound goods in warehouse team with queries.
  • Attend internal and external meetings and undertake specific administrative tasks as agreed with the Line Manager.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to develop business and product knowledge.
  • 2-3 years of international import experience in air freight, sea freight, or road freight.
  • Competent in using Excel to record, analyze, and share information.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Flexible attitude and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience and understanding of customs procedures.
