Join Our Team as a Technical Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the energy sector.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company in the energy industry. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including writing technical material and offering telephone and email support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients, including writing technical material and offering telephone and email support
  • Work with the support team to offer high levels of customer service support to our members
  • Develop and deliver training courses to new and existing members
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain good working relationships and achieve team goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Good attention to detail
  • A Domestic Energy Assessor qualification
  • The ability to consistently provide an excellent level of customer service
  • A passion for renewable energy and/or sustainability
