About the RoleAs a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse within our Intensive Home Treatment Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care, focusing on risk and safety management and safeguarding adult patients of all ages.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver care and interventions aimed at stabilizing mental health crises, ensuring patient safety and promoting recovery.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that promote patient independence, dignity, privacy, and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care is provided, including coordinating with other services within the Care Trust.
- Support and collaborate with allied health professionals in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of care and treatment.
- Supervise Senior Healthcare Support Workers and delegate tasks appropriately to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.
Essential Criteria:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
