Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Engineer with a strong electrical background to enhance our Maintenance division.

Location: Berrywood Hospital, Northampton

Employment Type: Full Time, permanent, including participation in a Call Out Rota (details provided in the job specifics).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi Trade Engineer with an electrical focus, your role will involve:

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance needs throughout the facility.
  • Collaborating with the on-site team, including the Contract Manager, to uphold KFM Health & Safety standards consistently with both internal personnel and external contractors, fostering a cooperative team environment in fulfilling contract obligations.
  • Overseeing all mechanical and electrical/building fabric PPM and reactive tasks in line with KFS quality management protocols, including preparation for audits.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with established standards.

  • Have a proven track record in executing commercial PPM and reactive maintenance assignments.
  • Are experienced in collaborating with subcontractors and clients effectively.
