Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to become a vital part of our Facilities Management team.

Employment Type:
Full Time, permanent role with an on-call duty schedule (details available in the job specifics).

Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure the effective upkeep of the premises. Your duties will include:
  • Ensuring compliance with KFM Health & Safety regulations, working closely with both internal personnel and external contractors.
  • Overseeing all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and building fabric planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, in line with the KFS quality management framework.
  • Preparing for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records of building assets and PPM schedules.
  • Conducting thorough site inspections to guarantee quality and adherence to compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This role is well-suited for individuals who possess:
  • A strong background in maintenance engineering with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Experience in executing commercial PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with subcontractors and clients effectively.
