About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Ramada Belfast. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in driving quality scores for the department
  • Aid the team in training and development
  • Ensure the team provides exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain the presentation of the department and appearance of the team
  • Follow company procedures
