Job Title: Project Manager - Curtain Walling

Curtain Walling Project Manager London
Up to £85,000 plus excellent package

Our client, a leading building envelope specialist in the UK, is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen their Operations team in London. With a diverse portfolio of works up to £15 million in value, including envelope packages on large prestigious refurbishments and re-clads in London, this role requires excellent communication and management skills to co-ordinate input from each department, maximise efficiency, and add value to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full operational responsibility for the project from inception to completion
• Focus on design and pre-construction
• Manage contract documents, including correspondence, and interpret drawings
• Develop installation method statements and installation programmes
• Report, record keep, and conduct project reviews

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience working on construction sites managing curtain walling installations or other relevant disciplines
• 5 years as a Project Manager
• HND or Degree qualified in a construction or engineering related discipline
• CSCS Managers card and relevant First Aid certificate
• Computer literate with programming and planning experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work without supervision and use own initiative
