Position Overview

Carter Rolan Group is seeking a dedicated and full-time HR Administrator to join a dynamic and expanding manufacturing organization. This role offers a competitive salary range of £27,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The position requires on-site presence, operating Monday through Friday.

Your Responsibilities as an HR Administrator

  • Support the HR Manager with various daily HR functions, including:
  • Drafting HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and verification letters.
  • Assisting in HR projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Handling HR-related inquiries from employees and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitating employee relations issues, including investigations and necessary documentation.
  • Managing recruitment processes and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications for Success in this HR Administrator Role

  • A proactive and skilled HR administrator or officer.
  • Proficient in IT and various software applications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adaptable to various roles.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines effectively.
  • A positive and solution-oriented mindset.
