Technical Director Role at Heatly

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our technical teams and drive innovation at Heatly. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the successful delivery of complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Develop and execute the technical strategy, lead technical teams, and inspire innovation.
  • Strategic Planning: Define and implement technical roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the execution of major technical projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical vision and progress to senior executives, stakeholders, and clients, and build strong relationships with external partners.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure technical activities comply with regulations, standards, and best practices, and establish technical policies and procedures.
  • Innovation and Technology Management: Drive innovation by identifying and adopting cutting-edge technologies, and encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of technology trends, software development, system architecture, and enterprise-level solutions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams, manage cross-functional projects, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term technical plans and initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
