Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team
  • Manage new enquiries, ensuring efficient triage and follow-up
  • Handle filing, billing, and credit control tasks
  • Assist with Land Registry applications
  • Manage diaries and perform general administrative duties
  • Support the team in all aspects of non-legal advisor work
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a busy, professional environment
  • Previous legal or professional services experience is advantageous but not essential
