As a Miimo Specialist at Parkside Office Professional, you will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with dealers to drive sales and growth. Your primary goal will be to increase Miimo market share through strategic planning and execution.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure seamless sales and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Miimo sales growth.
- Collaborate with dealers to create best practice guides and training programs.
- Organize and lead regional Miimo dealer meetings to share updates, training, and coaching.
- Support Area Sales Managers in coaching sales teams on Miimo updates and sales best practices.
- Liaise with branches on Miimo sales developments and provide in-dealer coaching on installation.
- Manage and motivate dealer staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve overall divisional objectives.
- Develop and promote HRGC Multi-Miimo pitch packages for RFU clubs.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience and ability to achieve commercial targets.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights.
- Understanding of the dealer business or distributor sector.
- Proficient in Excel, intermediate in Word and PowerPoint.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Knowledge of the sector, including competitor activity.
- Similar role in manufacturer/retail environment preferred.
