Job Title: Lead Nurse Quality Children's Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced clinical leader to join our team as Lead Nurse Quality Children's Services. As a key member of our CAMHS services, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality and safe care to service users and families.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role in delivering safe and effective services that make a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will work closely with our participation leads to ensure that the voices of young people, parents, and carers are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure that the Care Quality Commission (CQC) outcome areas have been met in all registered activities in all sites for which you are responsible.
  • Ensure that all CAMHS services provide high-quality and safe care to service users and families.
  • Build an understanding of and adhere to the CQC guidelines as well as the Trust's guidelines on the approach to maintaining CQC registration.
  • Work closely with our participation leads to ensure that the voices of young people, parents, and carers are at the heart of everything we do.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and experienced clinical leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will need to be conversant with patient safety, quality, governance, and improvement processes and methodology and how they are applied within health systems.

You will also need to be skilled at leading others in embedding learning and improvements in care. We are looking for someone who is approachable, empathetic, and passionate about high-quality care and able to lead with compassion.
