COSMIC (Catalogue Of Somatic Mutations In Cancer) is a world-leading resource that provides comprehensive data on somatic mutations in human cancers. Our mission is to accelerate cancer research and improve patient outcomes by making this vital information freely accessible to all.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and communications plans to promote COSMIC's resources and impact
  • Create compelling content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and press releases, that effectively communicates the value of COSMIC to diverse audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the cancer research community, including scientists, clinicians, patient advocacy groups, and funding organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to inform future strategies
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • A strong understanding of the cancer research landscape and the role of genomics in oncology
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communications campaigns
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
