Trainee Mortgage Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for administering mortgages to the offer stage, establishing and developing relationships with Estate Agencies, and placing cases with lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering mortgages to the offer stage
  • Establishing and developing relationships with Estate Agencies
  • Placing cases with lenders
  • Telephoning warm leads and booking appointments after training
  • Conducting mortgage and protection appointments after further training

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic to learn
  • Personable
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000, which will gradually increase to £26,700 once the CeMAP qualification is completed. You will also receive full training and development, and will be joining a motivated and hard-working team. Our company offers a clear career development plan, pay increases where due, and people stay with the company. You will be supported in your studies, and the CeMAP qualification will be paid for.
