Role Purpose:

As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's IT systems and infrastructure. This includes both software and hardware components, with a significant focus on implementing robust security measures to safeguard our systems and data.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Systems Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing IT systems to ensure they are efficient and reliable.
  • System Upkeep: Manage the upkeep of all IT systems and equipment, including CRM, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  • Training and Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.

Requirements:

  • IT Security: Experience in IT security practices, including anti-virus, data loss prevention, and data security/backups.
