What we are looking for:

Kitchen Operations Team Member:

Prioritizes guest satisfaction in all tasks. Exhibits a positive and proactive demeanor. Thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Delivers high guest satisfaction by preparing quality dishes promptly. Adheres to brand standards for food and operations, focusing on guest experience as the top priority. Communicates effectively with team members to fulfill responsibilities. Assists in the development of fellow team members through support, training, and coaching. Works collaboratively as part of a team. Aids team members in acquiring and maintaining the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional products and service. Demonstrates consistent operational standards that positively influence overall restaurant performance.

Essential skills and knowledge for the role:

Ensures proper portion and quality control. Monitors food levels consistently within the kitchen. Operates safely and consciously in accordance with Food Safety Standards. Maintains a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform. Cleans equipment thoroughly and promptly according to established standards. Upholds a clean and professional appearance at all times. Approaches all tasks with enthusiasm and a team-oriented mindset. Understands the ingredients, preparation methods, and assembly of menu items. Follows cleaning and storage protocols, including assisting with dishwashing and maintaining a clean-as-you-go approach. Completes daily paperwork in line with company standards.
