Job Title: Sales Manager - Equipment Relocation

Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team in the Equipment Relocation industry. As a trusted leader in high-technology engineering services, we provide manufacturers with reliable solutions.

Our expertise spans equipment relocation, installation, export packing, and electronic compliance testing, making us a valued partner to some of the world's most prestigious manufacturers.

We support OEMs and end-users across industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and other high-tech sectors, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
  • Develop strong relationships at Key Accounts and meet or exceed the annual sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure the seamless execution of projects
  • Lead and motivate a sales team
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years preferred Technical Sales/Semiconductor industry experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and business development
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
